Football Ticket FAQS

  • Seating locations and ticket quantities vary each year and are not finalized until mid-summer. U Family Weekend seats are generally located in the visiting team section.

  • No, students with a MUSS pass must sit in the student section. If you’d like your student to sit with you, you must purchase a separate game ticket for them.

  • Yes, you may purchase tickets through third-party resellers such as StubHub or Ticketmaster. Please note this is done at your own risk.

  • All football tickets will be digital. Details on how to download and use the University’s ticketing app will be shared soon.

  • If you are no longer able to use your football ticket, you are welcome to sell or give it away through the app.

TAILGATE FAQS

  • Yes, students that plan to attend U Family Weekend events will need to purchase a U Family Weekend Pass and tickets to any events they plan to attend.

  • We will not be serving alcohol as a part of the U Family tailgate event, but guests are welcome to BYOB.

  • Dress for the weather—this event is outdoors.

  • Utah Museum of Fine Art (UMFA) South Lawn. A stone’s throw from Rice-Eccles Football Stadium.
